Free Extreme Fiction

I don't remember writing this story because it was so long ago, 1977, 1978, something like that. I recognize the style, though, because it's the one that eventually became the style of the majority of my fiction. Marvel-style is how I describe it to myself. Marvel Comics written out rather than drawn, a story told through action and fast motion. I submitted it to a workshop, but no one ever got around to critiquing it. But, a few weeks later, one of the members of the group handed me a sheet of white paper, an acceptance from a magazine, The Elliot Bay Review. She'd submitted the story herself  along with a few of my other pieces. Nice of her.
